The Global 5" Chef's Knife is an ideal choice for all-purpose prep and utility use. Use it to trim and slice boneless meats, vegetables, fruits and cheeses. This Global GS series blade is made from a proprietary CROMOVA 18 Molybdenum/vanadium stainless steel alloy. The knife is ice-tempered and hardened to Rockwell 56-58 degrees. Global blades hold a razor sharp edge longer than any other steel and resists rust, stains and corrosion. The thin blades is incredibly sharp making it a favourite for professional cooks and chefs all over the world. Hand wash and dry only.
