HOW TO USE: Dip Eye Liner Brush into Gel Eye Liner. Lightly dab off excess on a tissue (if necessary) and apply as close to upper lashes as possible. Option: You can finish by extending the line at the corner of upper lash line. Re-apply as needed to create the desired look. You can also apply to lower lash line.

TIP: To avoid Gel Eye Liner from drying out, do not leave the pot open for extended periods of time.
