The Life Brand Gel Bead Ice Bag provides effective cold therapy to help reduce pain and swelling. Its flexible gel bead filling is designed to softly mold to the contours of your body, ensuring optimal positioning and targeted relief. This reusable bag is easy to use: simply place it in the freezer for at least one hour before applying to the affected area. For safety, monitor skin during use and do not exceed 20 minutes of application at a time. Store it in the freezer for convenient, repeated use whenever needed.

- For cold therapy: 1. Place Life Brand® Gel Bead Ice Bag in freezer for at least 1 hour. 2. Remove gel bead ice bag from freezer and apply to desired area. Monitor skin during application to avoid frostbite. If the temperature is too cold, remove the bag and reapply when temperature is comfortable. 3. After use, store in freezer for future use. NOTE: DO NOT apply cold therapy for more than 20 minutes. Moisture may appear on the surface of bag after removing from freezer. This is due to condensation from surrounding temperatures and is not an indication of leakage.
