1. Always inspect ear plugs prior to insertion. 2. With clean hands, roll and squeeze the ear plug between hands until it is compressed. 3. Reach opposite hand over head, and pull top of ear backwards to expose ear canal.
4. Quickly insert into the ear canal, and hold until foam expands (approximately 30 seconds). Do not insert entire ear plug into ear canal. Do not force. If ear plug does not seem to fit properly, remove and repeat steps 1-4. 5. To remove, gently twist and pull ear plug out of ear canal.
