Having Addison's Disease and Fibromyalgia has been an "interesting" experience. I wasn't prepared for how life changing it would be. I have tried many things to help ease the pain, but failed in many avenues. Reading about how a WFPB diet had changed and even reversed some autoimmune diseases got me interested.
