The Speck family's first male ancestor in Canada was a soldier with the Butler's Rangers during the American Rebellion, but the true hero was his wife who bore 14 children. This wine is named in her honour. A delightfully aromatic wine showing grapefruit zest and hints of guava and passionfruit. Pair with soft cheeses.
