Elora Distillery makes its Crème de Cassis from locally sourced blackcurrants. Their take on the French classic is dark red, with sweet and tart blackcurrant flavour. Perfect on its own or over vanilla ice cream, or add a dash to a glass of sparkling wine to make a Kir Royale.
