Domaine Louis Jadot Clos de Malte Santenay 2021

The Clos de Malte is a 6.8-hectare clos within the lieu-dit Sous La Fée in the little hamlet of Saint-Jean in the hills above the town of Santenay. The 2021 vintage displays straightforward ripe apple fruit aromas with a floral edge. The texture is supple and balanced, if not particularly long on the palate, although there are attractive notes of cream and coconut on the finish.
