Domaine Des Sénéchaux is part of the Cazes family holdings (out of Bordeaux). Based on grenache blanc with small amounts of roussanne, clairette and bourboulenc blanc. A hot vintage, especially in June and July so harvest began before and continued into early September. Studiously structured and so with five-plus years in the rear-view the aspects of unction and fleshy texture will have come together with still pulsing acidity. Should all work out just right and fine. Fresh, salty and enjoyable now but the future should bring more complexity later. Drink 2023-2028. Tasted September 2023. Score - 93.
