Domaine Amiot-Servelle Les Amoureuses Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru 2019

57% (what precision!) whole bunch vinification. These are mostly younger vines, replanted in 1992 and 2012 (and more in 2019). Bright sensual purple. The nose is very fine, but not explosive though the sensuality on the plate is typical of the vineyard. Ripe purple cherries with a little bit of spice and white pepper, beautiful perfume to finish, really very good. Excellent length. [Drink 2024-2044.] Score - 95-97.
