My name is Trident and I am the former King of Marinea, the undersea kingdom formed when the Great Quakes separated it from the island of Alteria. Before I became King, I had gone to the Alterian mainland and met my to-be wife, Terra, while walking the beach. We married and had two daughters: Tamara, who eventually succeeded me as Head of State, and Trina. My name is Tamara, and I am the Queen of the undersea kingdom of Marinea. My father, King Trident, abdicated in my favor as he reordered his priorities in life. My mother, Terra, was considered a non-magical when we all lived on the mainland of Alteria amid a non-magical population. I have a younger sister, Trina, who recently reached puberty and received powers much the same as I did at that age.
