A stone's throw from the shores of Georgian Bay, Coffin Ridge makes this Riesling in a crisp, bracingly mineral style with plenty of tangy citrus and green apple. All of their wines are suitable for vegans. This one will go nicely with vegan potato pierogies served with leeks and mushrooms sautéed in olive oil and garlic. It'll also suit grilled lake fish.
