Choline promotes a healthy liver by enabling it to metabolize fatty deposits. It works with inositol to help emulsify fats and cholesterol so that they do not settle on artery walls or within the gallbladder. Choline has the ability to emulsify dietary lipids (fats), to prevent their deposits in blood vessels.
