The 2016 Le Temple has a tightly wound bouquet with blackberry, sous-bois and light truffle aromas that gradually unfold in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with grippy tannin, then takes its foot off the accelerator towards the finish and eases down to quite a refined finish. This is worth seeking out.
