Jesus Christ was born into Judaism to Jewish parents. He came to bring about Christianity. His message is clear: How to maintain our link to God and still live well in society. He came to show us how to keep this perfection, this beauty, in us alive. He explained in several parables what we needed to decorate our hearts with in order to harbor this perfection-the spirit of God in us. He did this two thousand years ago, yet today some Christians still have not incorporated His teachings into our everyday lives. This is especially true in the workplace. Celebration of Beauty is about Easter. A Christian is a Christ-follower--at work, church, home, away from home, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Outer beauty is the obvious to us. The physical body, the temple, has to be maintained, celebrated, and loved also.
