Pale straw colour. A little bit of youthful bon-bon aroma coming through, over a mineral citrussy nose. An elegant Chardonnay, with just a smidgen of oak coming through. Quite green, but not vegetal - kiwi fruit perhaps? Very youthful and perhaps a little unformed right now, but there is a sense of clenched fruit at the core and plenty of tension.
