'What if' are a interesting couple of words, just two little words you might think yet unbelievably powerful.So powerful indeed that for 45 years they directed my life, not because I believe I am a particularly cautious person nor a weak individual no I believe this mindset was placed in me by the beast I call mental health a beast I have tried to battle for over four decades . I had to come up with a system that worked or I would die, so I did I call my system Brutal Mindset and it relies on goal achievements, consistency, and a level of incremental exercise and nutrition which some may say is impossible because of the minuscule amount you have to put into the system.
