The Boston clog in iron is also made from extra thick, oiled nubuck leather with an open-selvage finish. Oiled leather means the clog has an untreated surface. Birkenstock purposely does not treat surface grains of its shoes. The Boston clog also features an adjustable strap with a metal buckle closure for a custom fit. The natural cork-and-latex footbed provides Birkenstock's signature level of comfort and support.
