Tiny water-resistant "tubes" form around each lash that cannot run, smudge, clump, or flake, even if you sweat, cry, or rub your eyes. To apply:
Use on clean, dry lashes.
Start at the base of your lashes and move upward to the tips.
Wiggle the wand slightly from side to side while applying.
Keep applying until you have achieved your desired lift, definition, length, and volume.
Clean the tube opening of any residual mascara to ensure that the cap closes tightly.
To remove:
Water alone (sweat or tears), gentle pressure alone (rubbing your eyes or sleeping in your mascara), and makeup removers cannot remove the tiny mascara tubes.
