Colour: Deep Red. Nose: Raspberry, Cranberry, Blackberry, Burnt Leaves, Wood Grain, Smoke. Palate: Full Bodied, smooth, forward tannin, long pepper finish. Food: Venison, roast beef, roast turkey, Osso Buco, Steak Tartare. Comments: While I am not fussy on the label name, this wine is an excellent Shiraz that is worth keeping in mind when it is released in May 2026! On the first tasting I also noted Dark Chocolate which I did not note on the second tasting. Some others have tasted chocolate several times. The wine is vibrant and has top class for a wine that is priced so reasonably. This is a wine that could be used as an everyday go to wine without breaking the wallet.
