Arkansas Supreme Court slavery and slavery-related cases 1854 through 1860, from the official supreme court reporters, volumes 15 through 22. These cases have been abridged by the editor to provide shortened versions of the case reports. Generic discussions of property law, inheritance law, criminal law, court procedure and the like have been deleted if it appears that the discussion does not relate to the institution of slavery.
