Cleanse nails with acetone, push back cuticles, and shape nails. 2. Select a strip that best matches your nail size. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller one. 3. Firmly press and smooth the strip, applying extra pressure along the free edge of the nail and remove top clear film. 4. Using long firm strokes, file in a single direction from top to bottom across the free edge of the nail. 5. Cure under LED lamp for 30 seconds or cure for 1 minute if using UV lamp. Removal: 1. Apply cuticle oil to each nail. 2. Use cuticle stick to gently and slowly lift strip starting from the cuticle area. 3. Clean off any residue left on nail with acetone. Tip: Apply more cuticle oil to nail bed if strip is not lifting easily.
