Peel one side of adhesive backing, position product on lightly raised breast, and remove remaining adhesive backing, gently smooth with your fingertips. Repeat steps with other breast. To remove, gently peel o , starting from top to bottom. Remove from dry skin only If you are not satisfied with the way you have applied the bra, gently peel it o and apply a fresh bra - since this product will no longer adhere.
