Based in the Hockley Hills near Orangeville, much of their fruit is sourced from premium producers in Niagara as their vineyards mature. This has a quite lifted nose with lemon, green apple, a hint of fresh mint and almost vanilla sweetness. It is light bodied (11.5%), just off-dry and almost tingling with lemony acidity. There is a touch [of] youthful yeastiness on the finish. The length is excellent. Tasted Sept. 2021. Score - 89.
