The Qi Gong, or mastery of 'life energy, is a Chinese practice passed down for thousands of years and has its origins, such as traditional medicine to which it belongs, from the Taoist Master of Science of Nature. The great merit of this philosophy has been to place the emphasis on life and nature: man was led to the understanding of natural mysteries and aims to discover their own inner life, to achieve completeness and union with the ' essence of the universe.
