I have seen and done so many things in my life that I felt I needed to write them down for other people to read. I never had to look for a job after I reached twenty-five years old. I had many calls from people in the meat business, offering me a job. It made me feel like I did things right. In my book, there are many examples of how and why I succeeded. This program is for the improvement of yields with employee involvement. All departments put together a team of ten employees and troubleshoot and discuss ways to improve yields. After six weeks, each team and employee presents their program in front of the whole family who are the owners, who believe in the fair treatment of the employees. It just goes to show how people who are treated right can affect the bottom line in a good way.
