Raising children is the most important responsibility parents will ever have. The ramifications of their parenting will have an influence for generations. Considering that raising children has such a far-reaching impact, why don't most parents have a specific plan as to how they will develop and foster the characteristics they desire in their children? This book discusses commonsense, practical ideas for raising children, and focuses on the use of a planned approach to parenting so that children develop the characteristics desired by their parents. Specific examples are provided to guide parents through this process. A key element in the process is to rely on a relationship with God, our Heavenly Father through Jesus Christ, for inspiration, strength, and encouragement.
