The Westminster Quarters is a common name for a clock chime melody used by a set of four bells to chime each quarter-hour. The number of chime sets equal the number of quarter hours that have passed. I believe life is full of miss-directions. Like a high-speed jet driven by a skilled pilot using a control stick, the miss-directions are adjusted to stay on course. The challenge in life is to accept the adjustments made by our Pilot. A clock built to chime can be adjusted to measure the ticks equal to seconds in a day. A human can also be adjusted to get back on track according to a higher purpose, if they are willing to accept the need for an adjustment. I started this book writing about life as one tick at a time as measured by the clock. None of us know or can predict the future. When I started this literary journey, I could not in my wildest dreams predict a global event would shut down daily living as we knew it. Life may never be the same as before, but one thing I believe is very predictable and that is our Creator will prevail and that means we will too. Enjoy the journey one tick at a time.
