6 Barrel Soda Co. Classic Tonic Soda Syrup

Oh hi, soda fan! Six Barrel Soda Co. soda is handmade in Wellington, New Zealand, with fair trade organic cane sugar, real fruit and no artificial stuff. They have around 30% less sugar than regular soda, and each syrup bottle makes 15 drinks, saving a bunch of plastic from the landfill. Oh, and they’re also delicious. The Tonic Syrup is zesty and citrussy with a gentle bitterness and it’s not overly sweet. It’s made with fair-trade organic cane sugar, lemon juice, lemongrass, zest and contains quinine. Use it for zesty G&Ts, or for dry, grown-up non-alc drinks. Garnish with lemon, thyme or cucumber. Mix 1 part syrup to 5 parts soda or sparkling water. Each bottle will make you around 15 drinks.
