Eggs, eggs, eggs!! They're in almost every baking recipe and a staple in most homes. Eggs are one of the most versatile foods and are the main ingredient in the recipes in this book. Growing up, I remember my Mom and Grandmother making egg salads to take to community functions, serving variations of egg salad dishes at our own backyard family picnics, dinners and parties. Egg salad has always been a traditional dish for me so I thought I'd share some of our versions with you.
