Bramalea City Centre - BOMA TOBY Award 2021!

On Thursday, June 3rd at the 2021 BOMA Toronto Virtual Awards Celebration Gala, Bramalea City Centre was recognized with the Certificate of Building Excellent and was awarded the BOMA Toronto TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) in the Building Retail Category.

The BOMA Certificate of Excellence is backed by a rigorous certification program that involves a written submission and an onsite visit. Information to be included and scored includes: building management and operations, community impact, tenant relations/communications, energy management and conservation, environmental, regulatory and sustainability initiatives, and the training of the building personnel.

The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Awards are widely recognized as the Oscars of the CRE Industry, presented to the highest scoring Certificate of Excellence category recipient.
