FCC 2009 provided a forum for engineers and scientists in academia, university and industry to present their latest research findings in any aspects of future computers and communication. The conference was co-sponsored by the Engineering Technology Press, Hong Kong, IEEE SMC TC on Education Technology and Training, and the Intelligent Information Technology Application Research Association, Hong Kong.
